How Do We Make Healthcare Inclusive?
Sahara follows a connected healthcare model that begins in the village and continues through Rural Health Centres to Inclusive Hospital care, ensuring that no one is left behind.
At Sahara, health inclusion begins with reaching the unreached. We proactively go to the villages through our Mobile Medical Units to conduct screenings for early identification of health issues.
This is followed by early intervention at our Rural Health Centres, where people receive free doctor consultations, specialist consultations, and transportation assistance when needed.
For those requiring further care, secondary healthcare services, including surgeries, are offered at our Inclusive Hospital at minimal charges. These charges cover pharmacy, laboratory tests, surgeon fees, and room charges.
Importantly, for deserving individuals from rural and underserved communities, nursing care and duty doctor services are provided free of cost, removing key barriers to access.
This comprehensive approach ensures that no one is left behind in receiving the healthcare they need—especially senior citizens, women, and persons with disabilities living in remote and marginalised regions.
