With expertise across public health, hospital administration, psychology, development studies, SDGs, and local governance, he has led transformative programs in healthcare, education, disability care, and rural development. Through his vision, Sahara has grown into a platform for community-centered empowerment and sustainable inclusion.

Prathima Sambram serves as the Executive Director of Sahara, leading inclusive healthcare, rehabilitation, and social welfare initiatives. She brings strong experience in public health, disability care, community outreach, and rural development. Known for operational excellence and micro-level program management, she ensures Sahara’s services are efficient, transparent, and focused on meaningful beneficiary outcomes.

Dr. Sivarchaka Omkarnath leads Sahara Inclusive Hospital with a strong commitment to accessible, dignified, and inclusive healthcare. His vision focuses on prevention, early diagnosis, rehabilitation, and long-term wellness for underserved communities. By combining clinical excellence, community outreach, digital innovation, and multidisciplinary support, he works to make equity a daily practice in healthcare delivery.

A distinguished public health leader with extensive experience in government healthcare, child and adolescent health, and community-based health programs. Former Government of Telangana Health Official with expertise in RBSK and RKSK, contributing to preventive healthcare, early intervention, and adolescent health initiatives. Currently leading the ASIDAR Project, advancing surgical assistance, disability rehabilitation, and inclusive healthcare services for underserved communities through innovative and compassionate public health leadership.
